YES paste is THE adhesive artists use to attach anything to canvas. I personally have used lots of it, and I love it! There will be 2 different projects during the online class that YES paste would come in handy for; but if you are already over-budget on supplies you can substitute it with glue like Elmer's. This is a water-based adhesive that you brush on. It can be thinned with water or applied thickly right out of the jar. It is really thick stuff! The best thing about yes paste is that it never warps like glue and it dries flat. It is acid-free and will not damage precious works of art. It is easy for kids to use and it comes off of hands quite nicely. I usually buy my YES paste at Michaels.
